Refund Policy

At Happy Aura, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the personal and botanical nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

 

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

 

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

 

 

To submit a request, email info@happyaura.ca with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the product or packaging, if applicable

 

 

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

 

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

 

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

 

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items or promotional bundles

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Shipping or customs delays

 

 

 

 

Cancellations

 

 

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Once shipped, orders are final.

 

 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

 

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

 

 

 

Refund Timeline

 

 

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
