At Happy Aura, we want you to feel good about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and botanical nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.
However, if your product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund. Just get in touch within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a request, please email us at info@happyaura.ca with the following:

A photo of the product or packaging, if applicable
We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Opened or used products

Sale items or promotional bundles

Products returned without prior approval

Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
Cancellations
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Once shipped, the order is final.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
